Data Deletion Instructions
How to request deletion of account data and connected service data stored by Arctavia.
1. How to request deletion
If you want Arctavia to delete account data or connected service data, email [email protected] from the address registered on your account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Identity verification
To prevent fraudulent requests, we may ask for reasonable proof of account ownership, such as your registered email address, account name, or linked Amazon Ads account details.
3. What will be deleted
Deletion covers Arctavia account data, onboarding information, usage logs, saved advertising configuration data, and support history. Billing and audit records that must be retained for legal reasons may be kept for the required retention period.
4. Processing timeline
We normally complete deletion or anonymisation within 30 days after identity verification. We will confirm completion by email.
5. Meta / Facebook Login
If you used Facebook Login, the deletion request must still be sent to Arctavia using the email process above. Disconnecting the app from Meta alone does not remove Arctavia-side account records.
