The analysis load is too much for humans. For AI, it's just the baseline.

This isn't an AI feature. It's your Amazon Ads AI ops team.

Four AI roles split the work - bidding, keyword curation, budget allocation, and verification. Orchestrated by GPT-5.4. Flat monthly pricing.

Why we built this tool

When a tool only chases target ROAS, this is what happens.

This happened over and over while I was running my own seller account and my mother’s. I was not angry at the bidding tool we used at the time. I thought it was working. This was simply what “working” produced.

01

It optimizes so hard that one morning you wake up to zero clicks

The tool keeps lowering bids to protect target ROAS. Eventually your ads are no longer showing anywhere that matters. Sales stay at zero. You could call that efficient. It is also a very clean way to sell nothing.

02

If you loosen it once, margin can break in three days

Clicks come back, which feels great for about a day. Then you notice heavy spend flowing into losing queries and weak traffic. To recover, you go back campaign by campaign and tighten everything by hand. There goes the weekend.

03

It keeps feeding the same winners and never finds new pockets

Because the tool keeps rewarding only the last 30 days of proof, spend piles into the same small set of winners. New keywords get cut before they are really tested. A year later CPC is up, and ROAS is somehow worse.

Why this happens

Single-signal optimization always breaks in the same places.

Most bidding tools decide with almost one signal: how today’s performance compares with target ROAS. That is like running an HVAC system from one thermometer and only two settings, 0% or 100%.

On average days, it feels fine. Occasionally you freeze or boil.

“Zero clicks out of nowhere” and “margin suddenly cut in half next week” are not random bugs. They are what this design naturally produces.

A more exact description is a linear bid adjustment driven by the gap between recent CVR and target ROAS. It is simple to explain, and simple systems break in simple ways.

How ARCTAVIA is built

To avoid that failure mode, we separated the job into four systems.

We broke “hit target ROAS” into four layers. Each layer watches a different signal. If one starts drifting, another one catches it before the account runs off a cliff.

84-signal ML bid review

Bids are not driven by one metric. They are shaped by 84 signals including daypart, weekday, seasonality, inventory pressure, and competitive density.

Treats symptom 1: bids do not collapse into a local optimum with no delivery.

Second Chance

We do not kill keywords just because recent history looks bad. We reserve structured room in the monthly budget to retest them under better conditions.

Treats symptom 3: the account does not get trapped in the same tiny set of proven terms.

Bayesian post-checks

After a change is made, we check whether it actually worked with posterior inference. That separates repeatable lift from lucky noise.

Treats symptom 2: runaway bidding gets challenged before it can stay loose for days.

GPT-5.4 supervisor (Polaris)

A higher layer watches the first three together and stops the “each local change is logical, but the whole account is going wrong” pattern.

One of the four systems is there to watch the other three.

This is not automation in the lazy sense. It is four independent sets of eyes reviewing the same problem from different angles every day.

What humans do as overtime, AI does as baseline.

Four AI roles preparing account changes for review. In shifts. 24/7.

Most tools automate one task and call it AI. ARCTAVIA prepares the full ad ops review workflow - bidding, keyword curation, budget allocation, and verification - across four specialized AI roles.

They do not take breaks. They keep the approval queue moving with clear reasons and draft actions.

Behind all of that

A second AI watching the first one.

"What if the AI slacks off?" Fair question, and we have an answer.

Inside ARCTAVIA, the Polaris Supervisor AI audits every six hours for drift between your target and the reality of the account. When it finds drift, Improvement AI files a fix ticket, and Implementation AI ships approved fixes in order.

AI watching AI, two layers deep. Drift you would miss, ARCTAVIA catches first.

Why this works now

The orchestrator behind all of it is GPT-5.4.

Ad tools running on 2023-era models and ARCTAVIA running on GPT-5.4 both say "AI." They are three generations apart.

What GPT-5.4 does that older models could not: coordinate multiple AI agents without contradicting itself. That is what lets the supervise -> direct -> draft -> verify loop keep humans in the approval path without burying them in manual analysis.

When a better model ships, we switch the same day. Your account gets smarter on the schedule of frontier AI.

Before you ask about the scary part

AI operation does not mean unchecked.

Daily review loops sound risky if approval boundaries are unclear. ARCTAVIA was designed from day one so important changes stay reviewable before release.

Hard budget and bid caps

The AI can't cross them either.

Human-gate on material changes

Account-level moves wait for your approval.

Full audit log

Every decision, every action, every reason - forever.

Review-first, not reckless. If that line doesn't hold, ARCTAVIA isn't a product.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

The key questions most teams ask before starting

What do I need to get started?
Just connect your Amazon Ads account and choose the goal you want to protect or grow. No complex rule-building is required.
How much is automated vs. approved?
Daily bidding, monitoring, and routine improvements are prepared as reviewable plans. Higher-stakes changes stay in the approval path before release.
How long until I see results?
Most teams start seeing the effect of bid optimization and waste reduction within 2 to 4 weeks. The system improves as more account data accumulates.
What is included in Standard?
Standard includes daily bid review, keyword improvement workflows, guardrails against risky changes, AI Chat, KPI visibility, change logs, and email support. It starts with a 30-day free trial after Amazon connection, with no card required to begin.
When does the free trial start, and do I need a card?
The trial does not start at signup. The 30-day clock starts when you connect your Amazon Ads account, and no credit card is required to begin.
Can I reuse the free trial with the same Amazon profile on another account?
No. The same Amazon profile cannot claim another free trial on a different account.
Is my data secure?
Amazon API credentials are encrypted, operations are logged, and guardrails are in place to reduce erroneous changes before they go live.
Does this work for smaller accounts?
Yes. You can start with one campaign, watch the six-hour loop, and expand only after the numbers justify it.
Do I need an agency to use ARCTAVIA?
No. ARCTAVIA is built to centralize the daily decisions, proposals, and logs that an internal team would otherwise have to manage by hand.
How is this different from Pacvue or Perpetua?
ARCTAVIA is flat-fee instead of spend-linked, and it combines execution, approvals, and post-action verification into one operating loop rather than stopping at automation alone.
